      Proper tire assembly
      1. First clean the rim and apply the assembly paste in the hump area of ??the rim.
      2. Coat both beads of the tire inside and out with the assembly paste.
      3. Clamp the rim onto the mounting machine (make sure that the mounting head is opposite the valve, ie offset by 180°).
      4. Slightly push the lower bead of the tire over the rim flange. The distance between the valve and the traction point of approx. 10 cm should not be undercut.
      5. Adjust the mounting head to the rim flange and fit the lower tire bead on the rim.
      6. Then pull on the upper tire bead.
      7. Remove the complete wheel from the tire changer and gradually increase the tire pressure without valve insert to max. 3 bar (spring pressure - until the tire beads slip evenly over the safety shoulder).
      8. Screw in the valve core and refill the tire to the prescribed tire pressure.
      9. Install the valve caps and balance the tire.
