Cash on delivery
On delivery you pay the invoice amount to the forwarding company contracted by us, which is authorised to receive the payment of the cash amount due. Please note that an additional surcharge is calculated for shipping by cash on delivery. |

Cash payment upon collection
The complete amount will be paid in cash upon collection of the goods at our warehouse. Please make an appointment before freight pickup. In case of collection by the customer it is mandatory to comply with the requirements according to the document Cargo securing for self-collectors (accessible under Downloads/Forms). Due to the incurring costs (staff, forklift etc.) if goods are collected by the customer, a small collection charge is to be paid. |

The eps transfer is a secure online payment system for webshops - transfers are processed exclusively via your own banks secure online banking system.
